What do you use to make the zones?
The zones are constructed and finished at least 30 minutes before the market opens. All time frames are considered, including weekly, and daily. The market repeats itself over time, and is always giving us information. The most important components of the zones are Fibonacci levels and Elliot Wave patterns. Nevertheless, countless additional factors are considered, which is what makes our support and resistance zones so powerful day in and day out.
Why are you selling the zones?
At ToTheTick, we are active traders, not market watchers or programmers. We know exactly the challenge that you are dealing with in pursuit to consistent profitability. Throughout our path to success, we have tried many different trading rooms and education packages. After working together and spending thousands of hours studying the raw price action, we have concluded that support and resistance zones are the best overall tool in our trading toolbox. We've seen how the market consistently responds to our levels, and we want to share them with others! Since we are creating them for ourselves anyhow, it only makes sense to also offer them as a product for other traders.
Will you ever consider doing zones for additional markets?
At this point, we offer support and resistance zones daily for the following futures markets: S&P 500 (ES), Russell 2000 (TF), Euro Currency (6E), British Pound (6B), and Crude Oil (CL). Behind the scenes, we are building and watching zones for the Dow Jones Industrial Average, Japanese Yen, Gold, and 10-Year Notes. Stay tuned. Should we release zones for the market of your choice, you can replace a current subscription of any current market with your preferred market. We need your help to know which markets to release next! Please contact us if you actively trade any market for which you would like to have ToTheTick support and resistance zones.
How are your zones different from floor pivots?
We have found floor pivots to be consistently inconsistent. It is important to remember that floor pivots are calculated automatically. What makes our zones so unique is the fact that they are created by an actual person, every day. They encompass a wide variety of factors that are watched daily by other professional traders. When several of these factors show confluence, you have a major support and resistance zone. Check out the historical performance of our zones, and decide for yourself if they can give you a definitive edge in the market!
How can these zones help me as a seasoned trader?
You might already have techniques that have been working well, or techniques that you are comfortable with. If this is the case, the zones can be an excellent confirming factor along with your other tools!

Accounts
Can I create an account or access the forum on your web site without purchasing?
The only accounts on our web site are created when you purchase. We offer discounts for new customers!
How do I change my account details?
You must login to your ToTheTick account. On the Members Home page, in the menu on the left, click on Edit Account Information. Here you can update your name, email address, password, NinjaTrader Machine ID, and TradeStation Customer Number. When you are finished, be sure to click Save Profile.
How do I update my Credit Card Information?
If you purchased using PayPal, you must login to your PayPal account to manage funding sources for your subscription. If you purchased using a Credit Card, login to your ToTheTick account. On the Members Home page, in the menu on the left, click on Credit Card Information. Here you can change your credit card on file.
How do I view all transaction history?
To see any orders that you have made, you must login to your account. On the Members Home page, in the menu on the left, click on View Subscription History. Here you can view all payments you have made with ToTheTick.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You must login to your ToTheTick account. On the Members Home page, in the menu on the left, click on View Subscription History. Under the Product column, click Cancel and follow the instructions to terminate your subscription. Please send feedback to support@tothetick.com about how we can improve our services.
I want to change subscription terms. How do I upgrade from a 1 Month to a 3 or 6 Month?
You must login to your ToTheTick account. First, you need to cancel your current subscription. Then, use the Add or Renew Subscriptions box on the Members Home page to start a new subscription of a longer term. If you have any further questions, contact admin@tothetick.com.
