Know What's Happening Ahead of Time

Most indicators are based on very recent price action, so inherently they lag behind the market.  The only way to anticipate price action is to look at structure, support, and resistance.  When using our support and resistance zones, you will have confidence in where price will be going, well before it gets there.  You'll know when to execute by using the trades setups that we provide in Zone University.

Details About the Zones

All support and resistance zones are delivered daily.  The S&P 500 and Russell 2000 are available at least 30 minutes prior to market open, or 9:00 AM EST.  The Euro Currency, British Pound, & Crude Oil are delivered at around 1:00 AM EST, just before the open in Europe.  There are typically 10 - 12 support and resistance zones per market.  Each market has a predefined ZoneWidth.  For example, the width of the S&P 500 Zones is 1.5 points.  In this screenshot, as market trended down each zone provided both support and resistance along the way!
